LA TRAVIATA in CONCERT 

a Fundraiser For Hartley Lifecare 

Integrating the National Brain Injury Foundation 

        Opera Van Diemensland is proud of its work with the the Hartley Lifecare Foundation. It was an exciting event. Held at the Turkish Embassy in Canberra, La Traviata in Concert delivered a semi staged performance of Verdi's immortal opera, speeches, floral decoration and a vintage Steinway grand piano, all served up with flowing wine and champagne.

 

        The performance ended to a raucous series of bravo's, ringing out from the art deco auditorium. Only a repeated encore of the brindisi satisfied the patrons.
